How can I return my order?

We stand behind our products. We encourage our customers to send us an email at for return assistance. In this way, we can also help our customers first with some basic troubleshooting or workaround that might help them resolve the issue with the product they received.

How would I know if I am eligible to return the product that I ordered?

We advised our customers to contact us immediately right after they received their product if they noticed that there’s something wrong with it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, with its original packaging and accessories. Please also keep the receipt for documentation purposes.

What should I do if my product arrives defective / damaged or isn’t what I ordered?

If you have received products which you did not order or is potentially defective or faulty, please do not remove any tag or tear down the original packaging. We would recommend you to contact our Team at within 7 days from the day that the product was received and let the representative know the details of your package. Our Team would also require you to provide visual evidence (e.g photo, video) of the products in order to expedite the process.

Can I request for exchange / replacement?

We process exchange / replacement without any extra cost on customer’s end if the product that was received is defective, damaged, or isn’t what was ordered.

Can I request for a refund?

We process a refund once we received our customer’s return item. This is to allow us to inspect the product to make sure that it has its original packaging and it is the original or correct item.
